What payment methods are accepted?


We accept personal/certified checks, all major debit/credit cards, and PayPal. 

Does the hourly rate include materials and expenses? 


No it does not. Our client will be responsible for these expenses in addition to the charged hourly rate. 

Is there a warranty or guarantee?


Here at Too Ty'd Up our clients are the best part of our company! We will always strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied before any job is complete. 

Is there a deposit due upon booking?


There are some services that require a deposit upon booking. Before any charges are made to your credit card, your concierge specialist will reach out via your preferred method of communication. 

When are the operational hours? 


Our standard operating hours are M-F 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-1pm. However, we monitor our requests around the clock and will respond to all inquiries as soon as possible. 

Where is the company located? 


We are based out of the Dallas/Gastonia area. However, we do service customers in the Charlotte, Belmont, Concord, and surrounding areas.
